Does anyone know how i can tone my stomach in like weeks at the most?
i am fourteen, quot, and i weigh like lbs. since i dont have to be in school over the summer, i wanted to work on toning my stomach, maybe even going for the whole washboard pack thing just so i dont feel so sluggish...like, i know what exercises to do, in a way, but i kinda dont know how to do them...i specifically want to work on my lower abs it would mean a LOT! thanks!!!

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem. brbrHere are the golden rules brInitially cut down to calories. brExercise times per week for hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved. brDont eat carbs after pm, never eat carbs within hours of exercise or within hour of exercise. brDrink litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day. brLimit your fruit in take to pieces per day. brNever eat dinner after pm.brAdopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!brMake low fat dairy choices brbrFollow this menu plan as a suggestion brBreakfast am cup hot water w lemonbr minutes later have a bowel of oats w water no honey ORbrfruit salad w low GI soy yogurtbrSnack am pear or apple both low GIbrLunch .pm multigrain sandwich w g tuna amp salad no butterbrSnack pm low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie no honey or banana plenty of ice, cup skim milk amp cup yogurtbrDinner .pm g grilled lean meatfishprawnstofu patties not fried w spinach salad amp mixed vegies no whites, carbs OR egg whitesoy omlette with ham, cheese and tomatobrSnack scoop of low cal low fat ice cream if hungrybrbrExercise is must be intense.
