Dropped my cell phone in the pool?

Dropped my cell phone in the pool?
i dropped my cell phone in the pool and it was probably in the water for seconds at the most but i opened it up and shook it and there wasnt much water that came out just a few drops so i took it apart and dryed it out in the sun then took it home hours later and took it apart as much as i could. the thing is the dots that change red on the phone and pink on the battery when you drop it in water werent as dark as they can get. i used a hair dryer to dry it out then put it back together and it kinda started up and the lights turned on a little bit then kinda died. but the battery was dead before i dropped it so possibly it the battery that needs charged?

ok, well I know youre problem because I dropped my cell too exept I left it in my pocket in the washer machine and it di the same thing as yours and you know whats cool it works and it actually got water in italot but, what I did is I went to the agency that I got my phone at verizon,etc and they told me what to do so do what I did and youll come out better.
